Learning Targets

• I can use proportional relationships to determine unknown quantities (7.RP.1) 

Students will demonstrate mastery by creating a proportions Google presentation:

• Using "real life" data to create and solve a word problem using proportions.
• Creating a 3-4 slide Google presentation showing the problem, steps & solution.
• Embedding this Google presentation into my student blog

In class:
Students used the Macbooks to research a "ratio" to be used in their proportions problem.
Students were to create and solve a proportion using "real" data.
Students should begin creating their Google presentation of their proportions problem.


Homework:

Students should come into class tomorrow with their proportion problem created AND solved!

Students will be using class time tomorrow to finish their Google Presentation & embed their presentation into their own student blogs. (science blog)
