Learning Targets:

1) Look for patterns in tables & graphs to predict the "rule:" (equation y=mx+b)
2) Rewrite equations in function form and be able to graph the equation using appropriate #s for x.



In Class:

Students exchanged their "What's My Rule" project and looked for patterns to help predict the equation of the line.  Many students are seeing the patterns that help predict the rule!


*6th hour will do this activity tomorrow (Thursday, May 18, 2011)

We continued to review rewriting equations in function form:  y=mx+b.  Students that are still struggling with this concept should come in for help during lunch tomorrow.
